Pancit Bihon Guisado with Calamansi and Pandesal
(Sauteed Rice Noodles with Vegetables, Prawns and Pork with traditional breakfast bun served with Calamansi Philippine Lime)
Early this morning my mother and father went to the market to buy ingredients to make this dish because it is Independence Day here and we want a traditional celebratory dish (dish for all occasions really). I did all the mise en place for the veggies and my mother cooked this Pancit an hour ago… our family’s lunch.
