Brown Sugar Ginger Glazed Salmon
1 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar
1 tsp Dijon style mustard
1 tsp Low Sodium Soy sauce or Bragg’s
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Sesame seeds toasted (optional)
4 salmon fillets
Preheat broiler. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place salmon on broiler rack, or I prefer to just line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (easier clean up). You can cook this a couple of different ways:
1 - Cook 6 inches from heat source (2nd rack from top). Cook 3 minutes and turn salmon. Brush with sugar mixture. Broil for 1-2minutes more. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
2 - Brush with sugar mixture. Cook 6 inches from heat source (2nd rack from top) for approximately 8 minutes. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
