Brown Sugar Ginger Glazed Salmon
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar1 tsp Dijon style mustard 1 tsp Low Sodium Soy sauce or Bragg’s1/4 tsp ground gingerSesame seeds toasted (optional)4 salmon fillets
METHOD:Preheat broiler. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place salmon on broiler rack, or I prefer to just line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (easier clean up). You can cook this a couple of different ways:1 - Cook 6 inches from heat source (2nd rack from top). Cook 3 minutes and turn salmon. Brush with sugar mixture. Broil for 1-2minutes more. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.2 - Brush with sugar mixture. Cook 6 inches from heat source (2nd rack from top) for approximately 8 minutes. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
